When the construction is complete, the project is handed over for our client to move in and followed up with a defects list, where any minor defects are noted and repaired, so we can ensure everything is in perfect working order for project sign off and you can enjoy your new home in peace!

This will include a questionnaire, spatial analysis, design brief, design service outline, ball park budget estimate, project process, timeline estimate and our customised design service fee proposal

Next we move into the Detailed Design Phase, where all aspects of the design are refined. We incorporate your feedback and provide further details on the materials, appliances, specifications, fixtures and joinery design. Our specifications are presented in an interactive online platform and our 3D model is texturised with all documentation collated for review in our Detailed Design Presentation
We allow for another round of revisions to ensure everything is where you want it, before moving into the Project Documentation Phase. This is where we draft our designs into high quality working drawings that can be issued for building approvals or to specialty trades, builders and suppliers for custom costing.
All design specifications are finalised and quantity costed with lead times advised and scheduled
A comprehensive documentation package is compiled and sent to the selected builders for a comprehensive project costing. A builder is selected, contracts and insurances are finalised and a project timeline is established.
We finalise all reports and coordinate Landlord & Council approvals and a construction certificate. All project documentation is in the hands of the builder, ready for construction commencement
Amarot can purchase the specified products on behalf of our clients. Items procured may include light fittings, specialty tiles, furniture, soft furnishings, fabrics & window dressings, plants & pots etc. All quotes are effortlessly streamlined, invoiced, ordered, arranged for delivery and quality checked for installation.
We remain available to liaise with on site contractors to ensure the works are completed in line with the design. We also attend regular site meetings as required to oversee construction progress & quality and respond to questions and requests for information which arise
